Extra, extra: pigs are flying!
Amazing. There's an article online in Time Magazine that - albeit reluctantly and almost sotto voce - offers admiration and praise for Bush's current diplomatic initiatives and even his "emotional touch." One can only conclude that pigs are starting to fly and hell is enduring the opposite of global warming.

I prefer the earlier GWB, what he's doing now is far more dangerous in the longer term and lacks common sense in trying to negotiate the non-negotiable. What the Arabs are doing now [Sadat excepted] is no different to what they've been doing for the last sixty odd years. What part of get rid of Israel don't he, Condi and all the others understand? All this kow towing just confirms in the Arab mind that they are on the right track.
All of which is why I now support Giuliani, he's not afraid to call a spade a spade and openly support Israel in their fight against a backward, genocidal horde.

I was a little hasty, I who have had faith in GWB being a lot smarter than too many think, should know that he is cagier on this than appears from reports. See this article in the NY Sun.
